2026 World Cup Qualifiers: Dates For Super Eagles games against Rwanda, Zimbabwe

 

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the dates for Nigeria’s next two 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

The dates were confirmed on the X account of the Super Eagles on Tuesday.

The three-time African champions will be away to Rwanda in a matchday five encounter at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali on Friday, March 21.

 

The encounter with Zimbabwe is slated for the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Tuesday, March 25.

 

The West Africans are yet to record a win in the qualifiers, with three draws and one defeat from four games.

 

Eric Chelle’s side occupy fifth position in Group C with three points.

 

Rwanda top the standings with seven points, while South Africa and Benin also have seven points but inferior goals difference.

 

Lesotho are fourth on five points, while Zimbabwe are at the basement on two points.
