‘How we secured a global deal for Davido’

Afropop artist and Grammy nominee, David Adeleke aka Davido has signed a groundbreaking global partnership with a world-renowned sports betting and gaming platform, Stake.

The partnership was made possible through the joint efforts of three international firms, Dupla, Cresthood Legal LLP and the African Union Sports Council (AUSC).

A statement by the advisory teams, noted Davido’s unmatched blend of artistry and business acumen as the reason for signing the partnership with his brand.

The team, spearheaded by Uche Egbe, MD, AUSC Region 2 and Oluwasanmi Falade, Partner, Cresthood Legal, pinpointed the singer as the perfect face for Stake. com’s African market expansion.

According to Falade, the focus of its firm was to ensure the deal was structured to serve the long-term interests of all parties.
