AY under fire over comment on how men lack support in Nollywood

Nigerian Actor and Producer, Ayodeji Makun, popularly known as AY, has come under a lot of fire over his comment lamenting the lack of support for men in Nollywood.

The comedian and actor, had on Monday, expressed his frustrations over what he considered to be the lack of support for men in the movie industry, as opposed to the level of support their female counterparts get.

He stated, “Must we have breast and yansh to have the support of our fellow men?”

AY made this comment in a bid to promote his recent movie, ‘The Waiter‘, but it seems to have rubbed off on the people the wrong way.
